The State Constitution and Codes, plus a look at the Bills being sponsored by each member of the Washington Congressional delegation. You should be appropriately conditioned for "speech or writing having unusual or pretentious vocabulary, convoluted phrasing, and vague meanings" before attempting to peruse this site.
